Is there a list of medications that are covered through your program?
There is not a list of covered medications, as these are constantly changing.  Please submit a list of your medications and we will let you know which medications we can assist you with.

What are the fees involved in receiving my medications?
Our processing fee is $10 monthly for brand name medications; $10every 3-months for generic medications.

How long will it take to receive my medications?
The processing time is 4-6 weeks after we receive all documentation needed to order your medications.

Where will my medications be shipped?
Medications will be shipped either directly to your home, or to your doctor's office.  Most medications will be delivered to your home address.  You will be advised as to the delivery address of your medications.

What if I have changes in my medications, doctor, income, address, etc...?
If there are any changes, please notify us via phone, fax, or email and we will take care of it for you.

Where do the medications come from?
The medications come from the pharmaceutical company's patient assistance program.

Do I qualify if I have prescription drug coverage?
You may qualify for assistance even if you already have prescription drug coverage.  This is determined on a case by case basis.  Please submit your information to determine eligibility. 

How do I reorder medications?
We automatically reorder your medications every 8-10 weeks. 

What if I receive correspondence from the Patient assistance programs?
Please forward any correspondence you receive directly to us and we will take care of it for you.
